Project Description

Located in Calgary’s East Village, the INK project is a 118 unit mixed-use residential tower. The units vary including studio, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom arrangements. The tower is 15 storeys high and provides 3 levels of underground parking. The architectural form of the building provides visual interest by varying the size and shape of the balconies and by alternating thier orientation and confirguration on each floor. Also, the provision of different coloured panels on each elevation gives the building a unique and vibrant identity. The podium provides a great gathering and social space for a collection of activities. It is designed to be flexible and adapt over time. The space can be used for classes, yoga, art studios, music or a quiet space to read or drink coffee and socialize.
