Project Description

This is a unique and bold mid-rise project within the rapidly developing community of Skyview Ranch in North East Calgary. It is a multi-phased development, comprised of three mixed use buildings, eight stories each at the corner of Skyview Ranch Road NE & 128th Avenue NE. The total number of residential units is 454 with 22,000 sq ft of retail space, all over a two level underground parking structure.  The site is artistically landscaped with pedestrian friendly links between the buildings, outdoor gathering areas and green spaces and is across the street from the future 128th Ave NE LRT station. One of the unique features of the project is a building underpass which provides pedestrian and vehicular access to the site and creates a framed approach as you enter the courtyard area and are greeted with
a large green space.  Materials of the building facades have been chosen for their durability as well as to create a variation of colour and visual identity amongst the three buildings, while keeping a recognizable style and continuity for the project.  The eighth floor in each building is set back further than the typical levels for increased façade articulation affording generous terraces and providing fantastic views and distinctive character for the top floor units.
