Marda Loop Living

ARC33 enhances the area’s liveability and contributes to its ongoing evolution. Located on 33rd Avenue, a main street in the community, the project takes advantage of its prime location within this eclectic and evolving mixed-use corridor.

The building features a variety of amenities, including ground-floor commercial retail, one- and two-story live-work units, and residential units above and below-grade parking. A central courtyard, accessible from the lane, provides a vibrant outdoor space for residents and visitors. The design prioritizes pedestrian and cyclist experiences. Features such as a corner plaza, a thoughtfully designed retail edge, and a rear courtyard encourage interaction and movement through the site. These elements contribute to the public realm and complement Marda Loop’s existing pedestrian-friendly character.
