New Horizon Mall is an innovative retail destination that skillfully blends the captivating allure of upscale Asian-style retail establishments with contemporary design and modern amenities. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of traditional Asian markets, New Horizon Mall has over 500 stores that offer an eclectic range of products, from fashion and electronics to health and wellness items.
Beyond being a shopping venue, New Horizon Mall is a cultural hub that encourages community engagement and celebrates diversity. The mall’s second level is home to a spacious banquet hall and an international food court with ample seating capacity for over 300 patrons. Additionally, the mall is thoughtfully designed to engage the community further, featuring a traditional Chinese stage where a diverse array of multicultural events are hosted throughout the year. A children’s play area keeps our youngest visitors entertained and engaged, enhancing the overall experience.
This project was designed with great attention to detail by our team at S2. The mall’s centrepiece is an open atrium area surrounded by around 75,000 square feet of second-floor retail space. New Horizon Mall’s total footprint extends to roughly 200,000 square feet, with the entire building, including enclosed parking facilities, spanning an impressive 688,000 square feet. The project also includes a level of indoor underground parking, covering roughly 215,000 square feet, as well as a large grocery store or additional retail area that is approximately 40,000 to 50,000 square feet.
