Where the City Meets the River

Riverfront Pointe captures the energy of downtown Calgary while embracing the calm of the Bow River. Designed by S2 Architecture in collaboration with Pointe of View Developments, this four-tower community forms a defining gateway between Chinatown and East Village—two of Calgary’s most dynamic neighbourhoods.

Spanning 10 to 28 storeys, the towers rise in rhythm with the river’s edge, thoughtfully stepping down to preserve sunlight along the park and pathway. This intentional balance between scale, light, and landscape gives Riverfront Pointe its distinctive urban character—a blend of city living and natural connection.

Across 716 residences and integrated office space, the design creates community through proximity: to the riverfront pathway, to the vibrancy of downtown, and to one another. Below, three levels of underground parking maintain the site’s clean, pedestrian-friendly flow while supporting a high-density urban footprint.

Riverfront Pointe stands as a confident statement of how contemporary design can bring people closer—to nature, to their neighbourhood, and to a shared sense of place.
