Vantage Pointe

Set within Calgary’s vibrant Beltline district, Vantage Pointe stands as an expression of urban connection and contemporary living. Designed by S2 Architecture in collaboration with Pointe of View Developments, the 26-storey residential tower anchors a full city block that seamlessly blends residential, retail, and community space.

At its base, a Co-op food market and thoughtfully designed pedestrian realm bring everyday convenience and human scale to the streetscape. Above, 385 condominium homes rise to capture panoramic views of the downtown skyline and the distant Rocky Mountains—an ever-present reminder of Calgary’s dual character: urban and natural, grounded and expansive.

The building’s lower levels were carefully shaped to align with the City’s pedestrian design principles, creating a dialogue between architecture and movement at street level. Below, a four-level parkade ensures urban efficiency without compromising the public experience.
