Role summary
Working closely with senior staff and/or the Project Lead, this role is a highly collaborative, supporting design role with a great deal of opportunity for creativity and learning under the direct supervision of the project lead. The designer will continue their development at S2 with a solid base of understanding, gaining experience in terms of working within a professional studio setting. They will work on multiple projects and will assist in the development of various aspects of the project as required by the Principal, Architect/ Designer or Project Manager. This role is one of ongoing learning and understanding of the design process.
What you will require:
Education, Licenses & Certifications:
- Degree from a school of Architecture / Design, Undergraduate or Masters, or
- Enrollment in the RAIC Syllabus Program
Experience:
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in design/architectural/engineering industry
- Post-secondary training in architectural design
