Serving a number of communities in Calgary’s northwest, this four-bay multi-services facility provides a complete number of essential services.
The building faces the main industrial community thoroughfare acting not only as a gateway along the ‘community route’, but also as a civic destination for community activities. The building design responds to the prairie style design guidelines established for the industrial park and showcases a rain garden as a demonstration of stormwater management techniques. This LEED Gold certified building is centered around shared services and shared facility as well as shared operational functions. The facility houses the following groups:

- Animal bylaw services
- Emergency Medical Services
- Police services
- Community space available to the public
