Melissa Chabot, Associate, is passionate about all things design-related, and prides herself in delivering dynamic and innovative spaces that promote functionality. Melissa’s diverse portfolio includes senior living, complex care design, commercial office spaces and institutional buildings. As a LEED® AP ID+C, Melissa is a proponent of sustainable design and environmentally progressive ideas and solutions.
Chad Zyla, Associate, brings more than 18 years’ experience in architecture and project management. His creative design sense is rooted in the development of positive relationships with clients, and between the project and the community. Chad has played a leading role on a variety of architecture and master planning projects, with a focus on commercial, mixed-use, hospitality and residential projects.
