Modern Living Takes Root in Mission

Stream Property Partners Inc. has engaged S2 Architecture to oversee the land use rezoning and design process for a new development in Mission, BC. This site is located on Highway 7, just west of downtown Mission, approximately 64 kilometres east of Vancouver and 8 kilometres north of Abbotsford, providing convenient access to both cities.

The project involves the construction of a six-storey low-rise residential rental building that will consist of 63 units, with 10% allocated for affordable rentals. The building will offer a variety of unit sizes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, to meet the diverse needs and preferences of future residents. Additionally, the development will include 59 underground parking stalls to ensure ample parking and convenient access for residents.

The main floor and parkade will be constructed with concrete, providing a solid foundation for the structure. In contrast, floors two to six will feature wood framing, which combines structural integrity with aesthetic appeal.

The amenity area will cover 775 square meters and include indoor and outdoor spaces for recreational and community activities, enhancing residents’ overall quality of life.
