Maple is a four-storey, 95-unit independent living residence for seniors in Calgary’s University District, designed to support aging in place through accessibility, connectivity, and community integration.
Featuring barrier-free suites, generous outdoor green spaces, and pedestrian-focused design, the project promotes active, independent lifestyles. A +30 pedway connects Maple to the adjacent Cambridge Manor Seniors Care Campus, enabling access to shared amenities and a broader continuum of care.
Aligned with Built Green principles and located within Alberta’s first LEED Platinum Neighbourhood Development, Maple reflects a sustainable, community-oriented approach to senior living.
