Parkside

Parkside is a collection of single-level, custom estate homes designed within a low-rise, non-combustible multi-residential building format. It faces the West District’s award-winning central park and includes private amenity areas, as well as a spacious outdoor shared rooftop space. Every aspect of the project is tailored to the owner’s unique tastes and preferred layouts, featuring custom finishes and materials throughout. Units are available with at-grade access or on the second level, with the option for a loft space that provides direct access to the rooftop amenity areas.
