S2 Architecture is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Chay to Associate. Alex
has been an integral part of the S2 team since 2018, serving as the BIM & Technical
Services Manager.
Alex brings over two decades of experience in the architecture and construction industry
to his new role. His expertise includes Healthcare, Education, Recreation, Protective
Services and Multi-Unit Housing.
“Alex has led significant projects such as Willow Square, Wing Kei Long Term Care
Centre, and several Schools. He has brought leadership to the team and has been
integrally involved in developing our BIM and Revit Software,” said Brian, Principal, S2
Architecture.
Alex holds a Diploma in Architectural Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of
Technology (SAIT) and is a member of the Alberta Building Envelope Council. His
dedication to innovation has been instrumental in successfully delivering numerous
projects at S2 and advancing the firm’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities.
