Share one small change you’ve made to live more sustainably and help maintain a balance between our actions and the natural world.

I’ve made one small change: I’ve chosen to live closer to my workplace and essential amenities. This simple shift has significantly improved my sustainability, saved time, reduced stress, and allowed me to achieve a better work-life balance.

How do you embrace unconventional thinking in your work?

I approach problems with a “beginner’s mindset,” using unconventional thinking. By approaching issues with curiosity, as if I were encountering them for the first time, I can identify possibilities that may have been overlooked by sticking to familiar methods. Creating an environment where unconventional ideas are welcomed and explored can open up new pathways for creativity and innovation in our work.

What does diversity mean to you in a professional setting?

A diverse team brings a variety of knowledge and experiences, resulting in better decision-making. Encouraging constructive debate is crucial for promoting progress and professional growth, as it prevents uniform thinking.
