Melissa Chabot, DID, NCIDQ, LEED AP ID+C, Interior Designer
Melissa’s passion for design and exceptional project management skills have set her apart as a leader within S2. As one of our Interior Design Team Leads, Melissa provides guidance and mentorship to her colleagues while creating dynamic, innovative spaces that prioritize functionality for clients and end users. Her expertise spans a multitude of project sectors and all phases of work, and she has successfully led teams through numerous complex, large-scale projects. As a LEED® AP, Melissa is a champion of sustainable design, consistently offering clients creative and environmentally progressive solutions.
Chris Hunter, P.Tech.(Eng.)
With 30 years of experience across Canada, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge in development, building envelope consulting, technical design, specification writing, contract administration, and project management. Chris’s hands-on approach and ability to work closely with all levels of management and field staff have been instrumental in moving projects forward successfully. He was among the first to receive the P.Tech.(Eng.) designation in Alberta and actively volunteers as a Subject Matter Expert with The Association of Science & Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta.
As Manager of the Contract Administration Department across all S2 studios, Chris is a key resource for conflict resolution and technical support for staff. He is deeply involved in quality assurance for technical deliverables and is committed to the mentorship and professional growth of the S2 team.
