Our Process

1. Project Understanding

We define priorities for functionality, aesthetics, efficiency, and sustainability, crafting a design vision that reflects our client’s values. A detailed Design Report will ensure alignment before concept development starts.

2. Design Philosophy

Our design strategy blends historical context, environmental factors, code limitations and design vision, ensuring the story of each building reflects the needs of each project. We prioritize sustainability, rapid ideation, and prototyping to align with project goals effectively.

3. Develop & Detail

We refine design concepts through 3D modeling and client feedback, collaborating with our architect team and engineers via BIM technology to ensure functionality, aesthetic appeal, and a seamless user experience.

4. Expert Implementation

We document key decisions in a detailed Design Report, ensuring the client’s goals are met with functional layouts, modern concepts, and seamless collaboration from design through construction, adapting to challenges as needed.
